Thousands of Indigenous farmworkers toil in fields, dairies, and ranches across the Central Valley and Central Coast every day. This work demands a high level of expertise and hard labor. 

At CBDIO, we reclaim our power and celebrate this labor by organizing to make sure systems recognize our expertise and that farmworkers are paid and valued as professionals. We hold industry and government accountable by advocating for the passage and implementation of laws to prevent workers and taking on class action lawsuits to prevent wage theft and worker abuse.
